  • When can I get into my apartment?
    As with all holiday establishments, your apartment will be available from 14.00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by midday on the day of your departure. If your arrival time is before 08.00 hours, then you must book your arrival from the day before. After that time and before your apartment is ready, we can find you somewhere to store your luggage. If your departure is late in the day, we will try to arrange somewhere for you to leave your luggage and have a shower, at no extra cost. This is not always possible. If your apartment is not being used until the next day, we will arrange for you to stay until departure. There is no extra charge for this.
  • How will I find my apartment?
    Prior to your arrival, we will send you explicit instructions on how to find your apartment once you are here on the complex. We will email you a plan of the complex so that you know which road to take.

  • How will I get to my apartment from the airport?
    If you are hiring a car, we will email you directions from the airport. It is approximately 18 Kms. If you are taking a taxi, you can print a plan of the complex to show to the taxi drivers. They will know where Cala Llonga is. You must direct the taxi driver to the correct level or you may have a lot of steps to negotiate with your luggage. The taxi will cost approximately 30€ one way for 4 people and luggage. The taxi’s do not carry child seats. We cannot pre book taxi’s from the airport, we can only pre book them back to the airport, which you can do from our office the day before you need it. You may want to book a transfer, especially if you are more then 4. ( the taxi’s do not take more then 4 passengers). If you book the shuttle, be aware that unless you book a private transfer with them, they will deliver you to the village of Cala Llonga and then it is a walk up to the complex.   • How far is the beach?
    The beach is a 10 or 15 minutes walk from here

  • How far are the nearest shops?
    We have a very well stocked ‘Corner Shop’ here on the complex run by Annie & Steve. What they don’t have they will find for you. The village of Cala LLonga is a 5 or 10 minute walk from here. There are 3 small supermarkets that can supply everything you need. There is also a Chemist, the usual souvenir shops and a clothes shop. If you prefer to shop in a large supermarket, our nearest one is in the town of st. Eulalia, which is accessible by bus or boat and a 10 minute drive away.

  • Is it safe for children?
    Pueblo Esparragos is a family oriented complex where the parents can relax whilst the children can integrate with other children. We do have a lot of steps, so with young children they need to be watched. The beach is particularly safe for children, with a long shallow entry to the water.

  • Is there a washing machine / TV / Air-conditioning / Hair Dryer / Iron, in my apartment?
    Each apartment is privately owned. We manage the apartments for the owner. None of the apartments are similar in style to another. The owner decides how they want the apartment to be and what equipment they will provide. Some have a washing machine / TV / air-conditioning. Most don’t. Very few have satellite TV, but most have a TV / DVD player. All apartments should have a hair dryer and an iron, if not we have them in the office for your use. There is a very good laundry service run by the ‘Corner Shop’ here on the complex.

  • Can I choose a particular apartment? 
    We try to respect requests as much as we can, however, we can’t guarantee 100% which apartment will be finally allocated.

  • Is there Wifi in the apartments?
    The apartments do not have wifi, but there is access to it in the pool bars, Bunch of Grapes and in the village of Cala Llonga. If you need to print out your boarding passes, we can do that for you in the office, for a small fee of 1€ per boarding pass.

  • Is there a car park?
    There is a free parking in 3 areas around the complex. In August the car parks get very full, so sometimes you may have to park your car down to the road a little.

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?
    We provide bed linen which is changed at the end of the 1st week, towels are changed mid week.  We provide bath and hand towels, but not beach or swimming towels. However Beach/swimming towels can be hired at the Pims office for 5€  plus a 5€ refundable deposit per towel.

  • What is a starter food pack?
    Water, milk, orange juice, margarine, sliced white bread, sliced ham & cheese, 6 eggs, tea, coffee, sugar, dish cloth, washing-up-liquid and matches (23€). If you prefer to make up your own food pack, you can send us a list that we will pass onto the corner shop.

  • Can I bring an extra person?
    If you need an extra bed in your apartment, you can hire a put-you-up, complete with a full set of linen, changed at the same time as the rest of your party. There is a minimum charge of 56€ per week, then 8€ per day after 7 days

  • How do I pay?
    You can pay your deposit (25%) by credit card or bank transfer. The balance can be paid on arrival by credit card, cash or travelers cheques. We don’t take American Express.
